General Terms and Conditions
OUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
- For cancellations up to 10 days prior to departure, you will only pay a processing fee of € 50 per room booked, which we will deduct from the deposit.
- Deposits already made will be credited to you and can be redeemed at a later date. A refund of the deposit is not intended.
- In the event of cancellation between 10 days prior to departure and arrival, we will charge 70% of the booked tour price.
- In the event of no-show or early departure, 100 % of the tour price will be charged.
We generally recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance. In addition to illness or death of the insured person, children, parents or grandparents, this also covers a Covid illness. The insurance must be taken out when booking the room. Deposits already made will be credited to you and can be redeemed at a later date. A refund of the deposit is not envisaged.
In case of late arrival or early departure as well as cancellations 10 days or more before the start of the holiday, we charge 70 % of the booked arrangement.
Cancellations are accepted in writing without exception.

These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are re-rented in full or in part.
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2.30 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor. Please note that there may be differences within the categories to the printed pictures and floor plans.
This price list supersedes all previous price lists. If the price information in the booking confirmation differs from this price list, the prices and general terms and conditions always apply in case of doubt.
Means of payment: EC bank card, Visa, MasterCard and advance bank transfer. The invoice must be settled upon departure.
