Cancellation policy Cancellation conditions summer winter 2023/24
- In case of cancellation up to 1 month before the date of arrival, you can cancel your booking free of charge. The deposit will be refunded or credited to you.
- In case of cancellation from 1 month to 10 days before arrival, we will retain the deposit.
- In case of cancellation less than 10 days before arrival, we charge 80% of the booked stay as a cancellation fee
- In case of late or early departure, we charge 100% of the affected stay: cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure or booked and unoccupied beds, we charge 100% of the daily rate according to the reservation order for the days not enjoyed. Unused services, in particular meals, will not be reimbursed.
- To ensure that you are not charged any cancellation fees, we recommend our travel cancellation insurance. In addition to illness or death of the insured, children, parents or grandparents, this also covers Covid disease. The insurance must be taken out at the time of booking the room.
- Cancellation protection: Reimbursement of cancellation costs in case of non-commencement of the trip (without deductible)
- Trip interruption: Replacement of the booked, unused parts of the arrangement
- Late arrival of the booked stay: Reimbursement of the necessary accommodation and catering costs during arrival up to € 400.00
- Involuntary extension of vacation: Reimbursement of additional accommodation and food costs at the holiday destination up to € 2,000.00
- Search and rescue costs: In case of accident, mountain or distress at sea (incl. helicopter rescue) up to € 7,500.00
Cancellations will be accepted in writing without exception.

These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are re-rented in full or in part.
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2.30 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor. Please note that there may be differences within the categories to the printed pictures and floor plans.
This price list supersedes all previous price lists. If the price information in the booking confirmation differs from this price list, the prices and general terms and conditions always apply in case of doubt.
Means of payment: EC bank card, Visa, MasterCard and advance bank transfer. The invoice must be settled upon departure.
