We have clearly summarised the most important price information for you. You can of course contact us in person at any time if you have any questions.

Prices

Our prices are per person per day including Die Waldruhe LIGHT 3/4 board and use of the spa. A local community tax (visitor’s tax) of EUR 2.10 is also charged per night per person aged 14 and older.

Discounts and surcharges

If the package is booked as “bed and breakfast”, the price listed is reduced by EUR 10.00 per night and person.

Child discounts

Applies when the children stay in their parents’ room (in a 3rd and 4th bed)

  • Children up to the age of 2: 90% discount
  • Children between 3 and 5 years old: 60% discount
  • Children between 6 and 12 years old: 50% discount
  • Young people from 13 to 17 years old: 40% discount
  • Adults from 18 years old: 10% discount

Arrival and departure

Your room is available from 2.30 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let reception know if you are arriving after 7.00 p.m. Please vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Double room for single occupancy

If a double room is available, we charge a supplement of EUR 25.00 per night on top of the double room price (Plan de Corones/Kronplatz deluxe room) for single occupancy.

Room request

Please note that there may be differences within the categories to the printed pictures and floor plans. We are happy to consider your room requests and confirm the room category you want but cannot guarantee a specific room number.

Dogs

You can also bring your four-legged friend to the hotel on request. We charge EUR 18.00 per night not including food and ask you to bring your dog blanket and basket with you. We hope you understand why your pets are not allowed in the dining room and wellness area. We reserve the right to invoice you a supplement for cleaning at the end. We are entitled to claim on your dog liability insurance if there is any damage.

Deposit – reservation guarantee

OUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

  • For cancellations up to 10 days prior to departure, you will only pay a processing fee of € 50 per room booked, which we will deduct from the deposit.
  • Deposits already made will be credited to you and can be redeemed at a later date. A refund of the deposit is not intended.
  • In the event of cancellation between 10 days prior to departure and arrival, we will charge 70% of the booked tour price.
  • In the event of no-show or early departure, 100 % of the tour price will be charged.

We generally recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance. In addition to illness or death of the insured person, children, parents or grandparents, this also covers a Covid illness. The insurance must be taken out when booking the room. Deposits already made will be credited to you and can be redeemed at a later date. A refund of the deposit is not envisaged.

In case of late arrival or early departure as well as cancellations 10 days or more before the start of the holiday, we charge 70 % of the booked arrangement.

Methods of payment

We accept cash payments up to EUR 999.00 (this maximum amount only applies to EU citizens), EC card, Euro cheques and all common credit cards.  AMEX and Dinners-club we don't accept.
